You Should Have a Website is a helpful zine by Litda, filled with recommendations on how to start a small indie site.
Handwritten and hand drawn, this zine is warm and inviting. Their handwriting is clean enough for URLs, unlike mine (I could never do this).
If you take any advice from this zine, I think this one is the most important. Back up everything you can.
